Tim Oder (b. 1985) is a Tel Aviv based artist and designer working under the name ODER × ReDo. His practice explores the movement between order and chaos across paperfolding, abstraction, and asemic writing. Each work becomes both experiment and meditation, where structure and gesture meet, and meaning emerges beyond words.

Oder’s compositions are built through research-driven processes: folding, layering, and mark-making that transform fragile material into spatial presence. Paper, painting, and language serve not as separate disciplines but as parallel languages, each tracing the tension between precision and unpredictability.

Rooted in geometry yet open to improvisation, his practice spans limited edition prints, original works, sculptural lamps, and large-scale installations. Alongside exhibitions — including Fresh Paint Art Fair and the Tikotin Museum of Japanese Art,  Oder develops workshops that invite participants to experience folding and abstraction as tools for reflection.
